These are Tool Presets, I didn't make a brush library so it's hard to extract the brush shapes and textures. Wish I could since sometimes I want to extract a cool texture I made in Photoshop to use in another program.

I tried to add these to photoshop, but it can't open it because it isnt an .abr file, is there any way to change it to an .abr file?

Open Photoshop, then Window, then Tool Presets, now click the little arrow and Replace Tool Presets.
